5. Final Design Report
We are required to submit a final design report as full documentation of the 15-week design ‘journey’ in the final studio. The documentation will cover the rigorous design processes, from preliminary studies, exploration, and to the final design.
In this module (Architectural Design Project), I managed to understand more on urban design and ways to analyse a site in urban context. Throughout the design process, I have explored different possibilities and designs, which I enjoyed and has made the whole journey interesting. With my tutor- Mr Caleb’s guidance, I was able to see architecture in a new light. Furthermore, I have managed to pick up some knowledge on translating ideas into spaces that is specifically designed for a certain activity or intention.
